Linens: Turnover pricing assumes the host provides par-stock (backup) linens and towels for on-site swap.
On-site laundering of sheets and towels is available as an add-on at $25 per load.
Short-notice flips: One-off turnarounds requested with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to the Same-Day
Rush Fee ($100), subject to availability. Portfolio hosts have same-day terms set in their portfolio agreement.
Restocking: Guest consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, etc.) are supplied by the host. We will
flag low stock in our turnover report.

requests, or anything that doesn't fit a standard service tier.
• Commercial Cleaning — Offices, gyms, medical suites, retail spaces, and other commercial facilities.
One-time or recurring janitorial programs available.
• Pressure Washing — Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, building exteriors, and entryways.
• Floor Polishing — Restoration and polishing for hard-surface floors, including tile, marble, terrazzo, and
other natural stone.
• Post-Construction Cleaning — Full dust and debris removal after renovations or new construction,
leaving the space move-in ready.

Submit a quote request directly on our website using the request form. Our team will respond within 24 hours
or less to schedule your walkthrough. After the walkthrough, you'll receive a written quote tailored to your
property and scope of work.
Walkthroughs are free and carry no obligation. For commercial properties, applicable Florida sales tax is
included in your written quote.

Standard Cleaning maintains an already-clean home — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas per our published checklist. Deep Cleaning includes everything in Standard plus detail work: baseboards, doors & frames, light switches & outlet covers, ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, air vents, window sills, interior glass, detailed kitchen and bathroom scrubbing, cobweb removal, and detailed dusting. Deep Cleaning is recommended — not required — for first-time visits or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently.

No — you’re free to book any service level. Because every booking includes current photos, we’ll let you know before your appointment is confirmed if your home would be better served by a Deep Clean. Standard Cleaning covers the listed checklist within a set timeframe; it is not a substitute for Deep Cleaning on heavily soiled or long-neglected homes.

Yes — our team arrives with all professional supplies and equipment. If you’d prefer we use a specific product you provide, just leave a note at booking.

For Standard and Deep Cleaning, appliance and cabinet interiors are available as affordable add-ons (the inside of the microwave is always included). For Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning,interior oven, refrigerator, cabinets and drawers are already included.

Our services are designed to clean, sanitize, and maintain your home — not to organize or declutter it. Light tidying (returning items to their immediate place) is included. Full organization is available as an add-on at $50/hr.

Deep and Move-Out cleanings include interior glass surfaces within reach (mirrors, glass doors, glass tables). Interior window panes are an add-on at $8 per pane. We don’t clean exterior windows above ground level.

Listed pricing reflects homes of typical size and layout for their bedroom/bathroom count. Significantly larger homes, or homes with additional living spaces (offices, lofts, bonus rooms, multiple living areas), receive a custom quote.
