  • Recurring Cleaning Services

  • Custom Cleaning Services

2. Estimates

Custom quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.

Final pricing may change if the property's size, condition, or requested services differ from the original description.

3. Scheduling

Appointments are confirmed once scheduled through our booking system or directly with our team.

Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by providing reasonable advance notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee where permitted by law.

5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved payment methods offered through our booking platform.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the property.

  • Secure pets when necessary.

  • Inform us of any hazards or special instructions.

  • Remove valuable or irreplaceable items from work areas.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the quality of service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will make reasonable efforts to address any concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we exercise reasonable care during every service, My Keepr is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from unstable or improperly installed fixtures

  • Damage caused by customer-supplied cleaning products or equipment

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the affected service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to:
